Dave Kashen

After beginning his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co., Dave Kashenserved as an Investment Associate at SPO Partners & Co. After earning his MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, Dave Kashen co-founded Wellsphere, Inc., an online health company that connects millions of people with the knowledge, professional experts, and resources needed to better manage and improve their health. Wellsphere emerged as the fastest growing health and wellness technology company with more than 5 million monthly visitors and a network of over 2,500 health bloggers. Due in part to Kashen's effective operational management and innovative product development expertise, The Health Central Network acquired Wellsphere in 2009.

Alongside his continuing leadership of Wellsphere, Dave Kashenserves as Founder and CEO of two San Francisco-based personal and executive coaching firms, DMK Coaching and Quantum Leading.

Apart from his vast entrepreneurial pursuits, Dave Kashen is committed to enhancing his community both locally and abroad through charitable efforts and donations. Serving as participant and mentor with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program, Kashen raised $7,500 in sponsorship funds participating in Olympic-distance and Half Ironman triathlons. Dave Kashen also has taken part in the Hamilton Family Center tutoring program and Outward Bound and was an active volunteer with the Big Brothers Big Sisters in New York City. Dave also serves as a career adviser for students at Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

With a GPA of 3.94, Dave Kashen graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and obtained his Master of Business Administration in 2005.

Dave Kashen resides in San Francisco and maintains an active lifestyle by competing in triathlons, rock climbing, biking, snowboarding, and hiking. Kashen also enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring the world.
